Delivery
For orders less than 5kg, delivery carriage to addresses on mainland UK shall be £3.99 (including VAT).
For orders weighing more than 5kg,standard delivery carriage to addresses on mainland UK will be charged at £7.99 (including VAT).
Certain large items, such as post protectors and tackle equipment, may incur additional postage charges.
Please allow 7 working days for delivery. All orders will require a signature on receipt. For deliveries outside the U.K. or to remote parts of the UK, carriage will be charged at cost.
Please note,any shortages which may occur,must be stated in writing by the customer to the company within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Returns
If any item should be faulty,please return the item to the address below. Please ask for a proof of posting certificate as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. All items deemed faulty due to manufacture shall be repaired or replaced. Items will not be repaired/replaced due to fair wear&tear.
The customer has the right to cancel the contract,return the goods and receive a full refund for the goods within 7 days of receiving the goods.
In this respect the goods must be completely unused, and the return carriage cost will be borne by the customer.After 7 days,it shall be deemed that the customer has accepted the goods.
Payment&Title Retention
All goods shall remain the property of Webb Ellis Ltd until payment has been received by the company in full.Payments shall be pro forma.The company shall make all reasonable endeavours to dispatch the goods within 7 days of receiving the order and accepting the customer’s payment.Should the goods be out of stock, the customer shall be notified, and if this should be for a period of 30 days,he/she shall receive a refund.The company reserves the right for it (or its agents) to repossess goods for which it has not received payment.Invoice queries must be registered with the company in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.
All products are offered subject to availability, and the company reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice.The company reserves the right to alter its prices at any time.It is understood the customer shall be charged the advertised price at time of order.
Data Protection&Security
The company shall adhere to the Data Protection Act regarding customers’ personal information.The company will take all reasonable steps to guard against fraud, and shall only use card processing systems which are level 1 PCI DSS compliant.The company shall send customers marketing and sales information from time to time if customers elect to receive such information.
These terms and conditions are subject to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and governed by UK law.
