Webb Ellis Argentina is pleased to announce the renewal of a long-term agreement as exclusive rugby supplier to Lomas Athletic Club, established in 1891, and one of the UAR founders.

The oldest 7's tournament in the world will be played with Webb Ellis match balls.

Webb Ellis Managing Director, Lawrence Webb, said, "For a tournament with such a long and proud history to use Webb Ellis match balls is tremendous news. Sat 17th April 2010 saw the second encounter of Rugby Sin Fronteras (Rugby without barriers) played once again with a Webb Ellis ball and with the teams sporting Webb Ellis jerseys.

The event consists of a match between two teams made up of former star names from Argentinian, Uruguan, Chilean and Costa Rican rugby. The first half of the game takes place on the Argentinian side of the Libertador General San Martin bridge, whilst the second half is played on the Uruguan side, highlighting that nationality should be no barrier in sport.

The event raised money for the development of Chilean Rugby and also for humanitarian aid for the people of Chile in the wake of the earthquake there in February of this year.

Webb Ellis is delighted to announce that Delta Rugby Club, the newest team in Buenos Aires, has chosen the technologically advanced Webb Ellis shirt for its launch in the Buenos Aires Rugby Union (URBA).

The news of the deal was celebrated by over 200 people at a star-studded launch party including famous faces such as Agustin Pichot and the president of the URBA, Néstor Galán.

Delta was formed in November 2009 after a split between the players and committee at San Fernando RFC. Delta will play its first official game in Division 4 in May, kitted out in the best...Webb Ellis.

South Leicester RFC have teamed up with worldwide brand Webb Ellis and are delighted to announce a new sponsorship agreement. The deal includes kit supply to all sections of the club.
